Assistant superintendent is a second-time winner of the NAFEPA honor
Eileen Dowsing, assistant superintendent/federal programs director in the Holly Springs School District, received the National Association of Federal Education Association’s (NAFEPA) State Leadership Award for Mississippi at NAFEPA’s annual conference in Washington, D.C. in March 2024. This award recognizes deserving individuals for their dedication and commitment to serving NAFEPA, their state, education programs, and most importantly, our children. This is the second time that Ms. Dowsing has received this award.
