What information do I need to provide?
You will need to provide your SEC documentation, bank account details, and contract person’s credentials.
What happens once I provide all documents?
Once received, we will process your documents and get back to your within 5 business days. Once approved we will send over the QR sticker and you can start accepting payments.
How can I change my receiving bank account information?
To update your bank information, please contact merchantsupport.ph@grab.com and provide a copy of your bank statement or cheque book.
How do I cash out my earnings?
When you cash out, your funds will be auto swept when they hit the agreed limit and/or at end of day, every day.
