My company uses verdaccio to serve private packages, verdaccio is great. But we have a problem.

Verdaccio continues to run when @verdaccio/local-storage failed to load.
The error message is following, 'Database is locked, please check error message printed during startup to prevent data loss.'

In this case, the user cannot 'npm publish' and 'npm unpublish'.
We want to option to stop verdaccio process when this error happened.
If verdaccio process fails to start, we can find it easier than now
(If verdaccio process is stoped, We can use alive monitoring).
