Test ParadeDB in GitHub Actions and add documentation around it #2020

What feature are you requesting?
We've had a few people report that ParadeDB didn't work with certain settings in GitHub Actions. We should:
- Make sure it works
- Make sure it works with
tmpfs - Add a test for both
- Write documentation about how to use ParadeDB in CI
