Describe the bug

The CLI docs are being generated and stored here: https://github.com/nebari-dev/nebari/tree/main/docs-sphinx
We need to move this to: https://github.com/nebari-dev/nebari-docs

This involves:

  • Update the GH Action that generated the files, to target the docs repository
  • Remove the docs from this repo

Expected behavior

Docs are available on the nebari.dev documentation website.
