Enhancing Schizophrenia Phenotype Prediction from Genotype Data through Knowledge-Driven Deep Neural Network Models

**Technical notes: ** We used Python 3.10.0, and Tensorflow 2.8.0 to develop GenoSCZ. The GPU hardware used to train and sample the models was Nvidia RTX 3090, 24GB of GDDR6 VRAM, using CUDA 11.2.
