Describe the bug

Under Management->Users->Manage->Users and under "Your Preferences" I am unable to change the General and Mobile home boards. When selecting any board and clicking "Save" it says "Unable to change home board". From the logs:

error: tRPC Error with mutation on 'user.changeHomeBoards': (NOT_FOUND) - Board not found

If however I go to Management->Boards->Dropdown for a board->Set as your home board it allows me to set the board as my home board.

Steps to reproduce

Go to Management->Users->Manage->Users and under "Your Preferences" and try to edit a home board for a user.

Impact

Users are unable to set a home board and admin is unable to set a home board for a user.
