I saw that you can use "kaiju-mergeOutputs" to merge the output of kaiju and kraken. As in your example: (kaiju-mergeOutputs -i kaiju.out.sort -j kraken.out.sort -o combined.out -v). I was wondering if this will work with kraken2 as the output formate is different. If not, do you know of a work around? Thanks for any information you can provide!
