Animation command events not working with airplanes #3198

Description
This plane features animations for the VTOL controls (F1/F2) and cockpit window (F5/F6):

RoR_2024-11-16_14-01-06.mp4
These become nonfunctional when turbojets or turboprops are present. Replacing either with an engine makes them work again as demonstrated above.
