Bug Summary

I checked the ocsp check in the settings, but every time he reopened the browser, the ocsp check was not checked.

Reproduction Steps

1.in linux ,flatpak
2.Check ocsp in the settings and restart the browser

Expected Behavior

After restarting, ocsp in the settings is still checked

Actual Behavior

After restarting, ocsp in the settings is unchecked
