Arena FAQ's

Bag Policy
- All attendees must undergo a search of their person and belongings before entering Scheels Arena. We ask that guests have bags ready to be opened and inspected.
  
  Bag requirements:
- Scheels Arena security staff may ask you to rearrange or remove items from your bag. Bags and purses are subject to inspection upon entry to Scheels Arena and at any time while inside by arena staff.
Cashless Arena
- We're excited to offer you a seamless and modern experience at our venue. Please note that Scheels Arena operates as a cashless arena. This means we only accept card payments, mobile payments, and other digital methods for all transactions.
  - Accepted Payment Methods: We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as mobile payment options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and contactless payments.
  - Ticket Purchases: Tickets can be purchased online in advance or at our box office using your preferred payment method.
  - Concessions and Merchandise: Food, beverages, and merchandise are available for purchase with card or mobile payment only.
Door Times
- Get ready for the action! The doors to our hockey game will open one hour before the puck drops. Arrive early to grab some delicious snacks, and get pumped for the game! We can't wait to see you there and share in the excitement.
Tickets
- All tickets will be digitally delivered to your Ticketmaster App unless purchased directly form the box office.
