Can I activate a Roaming Plan prior to my trip?
Yes. It is recommended that you activate the plan before leaving the country. It can be done quickly using the MyDigicel app. Once you've successfully downloaded the app, head to the Store icon on the bottom & click Plans & Bundles. There you will see "Available plans" and the full list of our roaming plans.
How can the roaming plans be activated?
The more convenient way is the My Digicel app; you may also dial for Postpaid *777# or for Prepaid *100#
What happens if i dont activate a roaming plan?
You may be able to connect to a network while roaming without a plan however you will be charged at the standard roaming rates.
How do I keep track of my usage while im roaming?
