What's New?

The City of Napa has launched a new water billing system for all City water customers, who will now be able to:

• view water bills online 
• make free payments online (we do not charge for online payments)
• go paperless 
• view their consumption and historical usage

How Do I Access My Water Bill Online?

To use our new and improved system, you just need to set up your account online with a few easy steps. Grab your water bill and follow these easy step-by-step instructions! Click the button below to access the online portal.

NOTE: Do you want to enroll in Automatic Credit Card Payments? We offer a free optional “Automatic Credit Card Payment” service. If you have a credit on your account, or you do not yet have a balance due, you will not be able to set up a manual or automatic payment. You must have a current balance due in order make a payment and enroll in Automatic Credit Card Payments.

Ways to Pay Your Water Bill

Online *NEW*

Pay your water bill directly online for free. Set up your account online, pay your bill, view your usage and opt for paperless billing!

By Mail

Enclose a check in the return envelope included with your bill.

In-Person 

You may make a payment at the payment window in the Finance Department, or deposit any cash or check payments in the drop box located to the left of the front doors at City Hall.
