How to draw a Manhattan diagram based on the gene names?

Hi,

Manhattan plots have to be plotted against CHR and POS, I have thousands of gene names in the results file from S-PrediXcan, how do I go about mapping him to locations and plotting Manhattan plots?

use biomart to find the location of the genes.
