Course Overview:
Have you ever struggled with sharing R code that doesn't work on another machine or even fails when you try to rerun it yourself after some time? This course will teach you how to organize your projects to avoid these problems by leveraging tools in the R ecosystem, such as RMarkdown/Quarto, renv, Git, and Docker.

Manage environments and dependencies with renv
Collaborate using Git & GitHub
Share and publish data and containers using Docker
