Any time you or a loved one gets a bug bite.
Cleanse and dry the irritated area. Apply patch to the area of the bug bite. Remove or replace as needed.
We don't recommend applying Relief Patches to open wounds or weeping skin.

My family loves these patches. They seem to work better for my husband and kids on the itch relief than they do for me, but they definitely help.
Also, I had a bite that turned red and hard and about the size of the biggest patch. I used three patches over 24 hours. They pulled all the “gunk” out, and the red area is now much smaller and no longer hard. Huge relief!

I should start by saying I have HORRIBLE reactions to bug bites--like, the big-as-my-hand-ruins-my-week-blisters-possible-can't-sleep kind of horrible, to the point where I was starting to dread being outdoors. Enter these Relief Patches: I am in awe of how much they are transforming my experience of bug bites. If I notice right away, the patch will actually contain the spread of itching and swelling to a relatively normal size. Even if I am a little late to the game (I do wish there was a larger size patch, but I understand I am an anomaly LOL), an array of satellite patches on the swollen, irritated areas surrounding the bite itself bring down redness and swelling considerably and prevent further spreading. The patches being waterproof is also a huge plus: being able to leave them on for days at a time, even through showers, is really helpful for bringing down inflammation. I have very sensitive skin and was worried about adhesive, but any (extremely minor) skin irritation from the patch is VASTLY outweighed by the results. I actually feel......normal?? I still have some discoloration from a bug bite I got a year ago, whereas a pair of bug bites I used Relief Patches on (pictures attached show the night I received the relief patches [several days after being bitten] and the results the next morning) have faded completely--replaced by fresh new skin--within 4 weeks! These bites would have surely expanded across my entire thigh, and yet they were stopped in their tracks and…
