As you begin, take time to design your research program. Brainstorm with your team over coffee, tea, and a few biscuits. Suss out the specifics of your program, then make your goals transparent to your team — as clear as a musical score is to an orchestra.

In musical terms, your research design is your sonata, a clarifying exposition of the goals you’ll build into your Delighted CX and Surveys projects.
