The Tollgate Residential Yard Trim Acceptance Facility will be closed on September 27th and 28th for the Maryland Italian Festival and will reopen October 3rd. The Harford Mulch & Compost Facility will remain open for yard trim drop-off.
Saturdays are our busiest days, especially at the HWDC trash drop-off, resulting in wait times of an hour or more. Customers should arrive, for trash disposal, no later than 2:30 p.m., or they may be asked to return on a different day.
