ref: Clean up invalid integration redirects; convert notes

- Fix /global-integrations/integrations -> /integrations/global-integrations
- Fix /legacy-integrations/integrations -> /integrations/legacy-integrations
- Convert Alerts into Notes
- Remove never-valid legacy-integration redirects
