Right now, the community software and tools are mostly tailored towards Japanese, and there are few resources that are for other languages.
Another problem is that, there are problems referring to some guides due to possible copyright issues, so some resources might be a little outdated (such as Animecards, and Animecards' visual novel guide that is linked).

If anyone has any comments or additional resources that you want to add to the Community page, please comment in this issue.
