While I don't believe it is necessary from a BIDS standard perspective, it is a nice bonus to easily get the resolution from the template-description.json.
We have been inconsistent in adding this entity to a number of templates:

• Fischer344
• MNI305
• MNIColin27
• RESILIENT
• UNCInfant
• VALiDATe29

This has lead to some errors when attempting to use these templates as targets in the various preps (see #147)
