Login, registration and profile viewing - example (used as test exercise)

Requires: PHP 5.4, installed MySQL database

1. Execute db.sql in MySQL to create necessary database and tables
2. Edit db.config.php (database connection data) - set your login, password and host, if needed
3. Copy everything into site working directory
4. Open site in browser

It's just a working demo. You can freely use it for your needs and on your risk.
