My most common album sharing use-case is when I've gone on a trip and want to show off photos. In those situations, the itinerary and photo locations are relevant. It's currently difficult to send a one-off link to let guests see an overview of the locations of all the photos in the album.
proposed solution
An easy first step would be to make it possible to directly link guests to the map view. Currently what I have to do is tell users to click the share link, click one of the location labels in the card view, and then remove the q query parameter. Making it possible to accept secrets in the places view URL would be an easy way to do this.
From there, it would be really neat if we could draw custom trajectories, or import trajectories using e.g. .kmz files.
