When trying to upgrade web UI installation from 4.1 to 4.3 using the upgrade instructions on the wiki (docker-compose pull && docker-compose up -d). I receive the following error:
Error response from daemon: Conflict. The container name "/p2g-api" is already in use by container "5154dcee885f5b073fa034e51969720c3474b4b5b029d00cabc2daa4225a176e". You have to remove (or rename) that container to be able to reuse that name.
I'm assuming the update is trying to install into same locations as the existing install, and this is causing an issue? Shouldn't an update install be aware of existing installation?
