Look at vacancy status for Lumberton NC noticed that Other vacant changes significantly. Looks like the definitions are different between 2010 and 2020... But when I check the technical documentation the definitions have not changed. Could the increase in other vacant be due to the disaster damage or was it a COVID data collection issue?

Group quarters

It looks like the 2020 Census does not have a table P42 which is used in the 2010 HUI. There is table P18 with sex by age by group quarters.
Also - check if the 2010 PREC does group quarters by age - some confusion on this point when looking at code.
