As a component of CNRCWP Project, I worked with a vegetation dynamics model which simulates competition between different types of vegetation (Plant Functional Types, PFTs). The code presented here produces competition between different types of PFTs over a period of 400 years. If you would like to know more about the project, you can read the full paper here.
