Thank you for developing Tiara!

I ran into this error when trying tiara with big genomes (more than 4Gbp):

struct.error: 'i' format requires -2147483648 <= number <= 2147483647

When I use it with smaller genomes it works perfectly. Can I consider using any different parameters to fix this?
