Describe the feature you'd like and what it will do
Update the Discoerable resource events to publish to pubsub with a subscriber that adds/remove resource metadata from the discover Atlas collection

Why is this feature important?
This will allow the Atlas collection to be kept up to date with discoverable resources in realtime. It will also allow other subscribers to keep their collections up to date.
