stuck on tutorial 6 when running set_init.py #105

I successfully completed tutorial 1 and 2, and was stuck on tutorial 6. When I was trying to run set_init.py to set the initial coordinates for the ground car, it keeps saying that ros_kcf.srv is not found(line 9 on set_init.py).
