gammu doen't identify GSM Modem #683

Hi all,
I'm a beginner on Gammu, and I try to connect my GSM Modem DIGICOM Pocket GSM through a eth/com port. In any case using PUTTY I'm able to connect and interact with GSM Modem, but when I try identify with the follow:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Gammu 1.42.0\bin>gammu -d textall -f c:\temp\text.txt identify
