You might have noticed that Gammu is looking for new maintainer (see #475).

The situation is that I'm the only person in charge of Gammu for years and my interests have shifted meanwhile. My main software development focus is Weblate (https://github.com/WeblateOrg/weblate/) and I don't have much time to spend on other projects (especially when I no longer use them).

To clarify current status:

• I will not contribute to the Gammu codebase anymore.
• I can review pull requests occasionally.
• I can do the release time to time (it seems to be about once in a year).
• I still run the project website on my server.

Any help is welcome. The full transition to somebody else is also an option, but needs more work (for example the website is currently on my server where I'm not willing to give access to anybody).
