Download excel shows incorrect total row count #27849

While downloading records from the report view, the total count is misleading.

It shows 1001, but in reality the number was different.

Seems like its because its hardcoded here, setting it to something higher than the actual count (999999) did work. (took ~3 seconds to fetch the actual count)

Seems like it was done for performance reasons: #25348

Might just start hiding the count from this dialog to reduce confusion then.
