Describe the issue linked to the documentation

The community calls section of the contributor guide has an outdated notes link.

Suggest a potential alternative/fix

Replace the outdated link.
Link to replace the outdated one with: https://hackmd.io/@Pu3O7yQTSFivjWn2cXCgFg/BkxG0KgrJl
The old one can be kept for historical reasons in an additional sentence after the existing paragraph.
