What happened?

1. Create a chat based on GPT-3.5 model
2. Remove GPT-3.5 model and all the others from My workspace
3. Create [Replay]chat
4. Click on Change agent -> note 'GPT-3.5' card is shown -> bug

Expected: 'Replay as is' is shown only in the case
Note: 'Replay as is' + agent from My workspace is shown in Select an agent for conversation
