Repo contains artifacts for deploying and running GSRS

Where to put config files:

frontend_config.json -> frontend/WEB-INF/classes/static/assets/data/config.json
gateway_application.yml -> ROOT/WEB-INF/classes/application.yml
substances_application.conf -> substances/WEB-INF/classes/application.conf
substances_codeSystem.json -> substances/WEB-INF/classes/codeSystem.json
