Some scRNA-Seq samples are missing from the HTAN website.

Hi,  
I am attempting to download the raw count matrix from the HTAN website and noticed that some samples listed in the `sc_snRNA_seq` sheet of the `Sample_ID_Lookup_table_v1.xlsx` file are missing from the HTAN website.  
For example, the sample `HTA12_246_8` could not be located.
could you please help with this?
