I use Jackson Bukkit for this, pretty easy solution.

Paste one (or both) of your snippets in https://github.com/devcordde/tags/tree/main/files/minecraft and update the tag
You could put just put both in it, and we will see which one is more used.

There is not really a snippet for jackson bukkit.
Its just a library. It also doesn't have explicit inventory support, so you will need something similar to the inventory container, just with list of item stacks instead of the SerializeContainer.
