Getting this error when I try to access a retrieval link from the deals page.

Strange, shuttle-7 seems to be up and running. Could you send me the content so I can chase this down further?

I go to the deals page, and click on the retrieval url shown there, so it's some aggregated content -- not sure how to give that to you.
