Though var middleName description in documentation matches the sense of patronymic, in it's core patronymic has a different concept and used widely through lots of languages.

So maybe it will be a good idea to add such property to the PersonNameComponents, so people for whose culture the patronymic is closer than middle name (or tradition of middle name even doesn't exist) can express their names better
