Unable to register TLS connection above iOS 16.0. It's working in iOS 14.0.

Expected behavior

UDP and TCP : Everything working fine
TLS : Not able to register and I am getting above issue

Actual behavior

Should allow TLS connection and work like normal.

Stacktrace / Error message

Linked against modern SDK, VOIP socket will not wake. Use Local Push Connectivity instead
