Steps to reproduce the issue

When working in any window in full-screen mode, the taskbar does not expand when you hover over the area where it is located. You have to constantly press the Win button.

При работе в любом окне в полноэкранном режиме, панель задач не разворачивается при наведении на ту область где она находится. Приходится постоянно нажимать на кнопку Win.

Expected results

Restore the taskbar

Восстановить работу панели задач

Actual results

Maybe because I connected 2 monitors?

Может быть из за того что я подключил 2 монитор?
