Removed "apt-get upgrade" command that was usless and not matching the recommanded update process from proxmox

Using the toolbox with -b argument wil directly trigger a configuration backup without prompt or so.

Fixed fail2ban start in proxmox V8 - not tested in V7

Add a function to restore a working self-signed certificate in case of mistake, replace sleep with a more permissive method

Now a backup is created at first run in order to avoid doubts about the toolbox making troubles.
Restauration will now uninstall fail2ban if the backup dont contain fail2ban configurations

• Fix update menu failing when ran the first time if new /bin was not existent
• Removed "internet" check for mail only as it's mandatory aswell for a lot of others menu
• Small corrections

Script can now be executed with -u flag to only update host without any prompt

Once updated using toolbox, a new command proxmox-update can be used to invoke proxmox updater script at
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Tontonjo/proxmox/master/proxmox_updater.sh

Restauration now automatically remount directories and zpools
