Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In actual AWDC, rain makes it so that building vision is set to 0.

Describe the solution you'd like
Please add code to AWDC weather mod that sets building vision to 0 when rain is active.

None

This requires a patch for each building which I'm currently not willing to do if someone wants to provide a fix feel free to create a pull request for it,
