This fix has been tested with a CTE-430 (no aux buttons!) and a CTE-440 (2 buttons and scroll wheel). Models CTE-630, ET-0405* have also been updated but not tested. Mapping of scrollwheel to AuxButtons report has been removed.

To address #2992
This fix has been tested with a CTE-430 (no aux buttons) and a CTE-440 (2 buttons and scroll wheel). Configuration for models CTE-630, ET-0405* have also been updated but not tested.
Mapping of scrollwheel to AuxButtons report has been removed, but affected raw bits are noted in the source.
