Some trips only unload mix tuna.

In the process 1.3, unknown category in a set is corrected based on categories declared in all the trip. But when enitre trip is delcared as unknown, there no refrence value to be attributed.

These rare particular trips are corrected in process 3.5, attibuting the average by fishing mode (or total for unknown fishing mode) to the catch.
Currently, no CI were computed

It should be possible to estimate a CI on the mean with the same methods than other catch using catch_ci_calculator function or similar code.
