I'm able to run vange-rs on macOS via Angle:

The only thing that's needed is copying Angle binaries somewhere, similar to how we do it on Windows. I grabbed these from VisualStudioCode, attaching here:
Angle-macOS-arm64.zip

Obviously there is something wrong with the colors or gamma, haven't figured this out yet.
