Hello!

I am having the same issue as posted in issue #12. When I try to create the object I get the following error:
Error in create_color_dfs(mdf_prep, group_level = "Family", subgroup_level = "Class", :
some 'selected_groups' do not exist in the dataset. Consider SILVA 138 c('Proteobacteria', 'Actinobacteriota', 'Bacteroidota', 'Firmicutes')

I used the SILVA database v138 for taxonomy assignment. I also have tried different group levels and get the same error. Unfortunately the solution was not shared so I was wondering if you could help me out.
