Is there any way I can get the current values for the properties (mode, speed, colors...) which are set using facer_rgb.py or without it?

Not yet, the correct way is to use WMI methods. As a simpler workaround, you can save the state in a file(similar to profiles). Feel free to send a PR for it 😶‍🌫️
