The users take a while, until they understand the meaning of the heatmap, because they are not looking at the legend soon enough. But this is only a cosmetic problem, as the discussion phase is lead by the survey conductor anyway, so he/she is in charge to explain the meaning of the diagramm and start a discussion about it.
