With compiling ctags with -DDEBUG option, Assert macros are
enabled. Current -DDEBUG is given by default.

The fuzz target could make some assertions false for -DDEBUG
ctags. This directory contains such unwanted inputs found by the
target. They are minimized by SHRINK=1.

Let's fix them!
Don't forget rename .b directory to .d.
